Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address, select a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

We use specialized plant packaging to ensure safe delivery. Each plant is carefully wrapped, secured, and packed in sturdy boxes with proper cushioning to protect it during transit.

We take great care in packaging, but if your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged plant. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

Yes! Every plant product page includes detailed care instructions. You can also find helpful articles in our blog and contact our plant care experts for personalized advice.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies. Some premium products may have additional shipping charges, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive delivery within 3-4 days. We'll provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. The items must be in their original condition with packaging. Plants are subject to specific return conditions - please check the product page for details.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
